Intern – Content and Marketing (m/f/d)

To create the most inspiring soccer school in the world is the vision of the Toni Kroos Academy. Be a part of it, help bring joy to children around the world and make them better players. With app and football camps. Toni wants to share his idea of football and the associated values.

Short description:

You will be part of our small team and thus jointly responsible for the conception and implementation of the football content of the Toni Kroos Academy App and their marketing channels. You will develop your own ideas, create new content and work together with Toni and others to implement them. Work from home, in our office in Munich or in Madrid.

What?

• Create exercises from and with Toni and our academy coaches
• Help to visualize our football content, by drafting scetsches, writing texts and reviewing the academy training videos
• Communicate with Toni Kroos Academy coaches and organize one of our main features, the Coaching Feedback
• Conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns, especially for Instagram, Youtube and TikTok
• Get to know the target group and generate user-specific content
• Track and analyze KPIs and organic performance via first- & third-party tools
• Know the current trends on social media and implement them directly

You?

• Excellent knowledge about football and football exercises
• Linguistically talented and fluent English and German skills
• Experienced with Instagram, Youtube and TikTok
• Basic skills in photo and video editing
• Teamwork with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude with high work motivation
• Additionally: Basic experience graphic and animation design (e.g. Adobe after effects)
