Terms and Conditions (Advent Giveaway)
1. Organizer of the giveaway
The organizer of the giveaway is TK8 Sports Academy GmbH. This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram.
2. Participation Period
The giveaway begins on each Advent Sunday at the time of publication on Instagram and ends the following Saturday at 11:59 PM. Likes and/or comments submitted after this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside within the EU. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.
4. Requirements
To participate in the giveaway, the following steps must be completed:
- Like the giveaway post.
- Comment on the post.
5. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Selection of the winner
The winner will be determined by a random draw and notified via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Data Protection
The data collected as part of the giveaway will be used solely for conducting the giveaway and will be deleted afterward.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not liable for technical problems or disruptions that may affect participation or winner notification.
9. Legal Recourse and Changes
Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway prematurely if unforeseen circumstances require it.
