Rooted in the values, philosophy, and experience of Toni Kroos, our training goes beyond technique and tactics.
We focus on discipline, teamwork, and a true winning mentality – all within a professional setup led by qualified coaches. Our mission is holistic: to support not just athletic, but personal growth. Respect, responsibility, and confidence are the foundation of everything we do – shaping young players who succeed on and off the pitch.
My Vision
At the Toni Kroos Academy, we help young talents pursue their football dreams with the same passion and discipline that shaped my own career.
But we go further than skills and drills – our goal is to support the complete development of every player, both as athletes and as individuals.
In a high-performance, professional environment, children and teenagers have the opportunity to grow and thrive under optimal conditions. I bring my knowledge and experience into the process, while our exceptional coaching team ensures it’s translated into top-quality training on the pitch.
Our story
Toni had long envisioned supporting young footballers in their development.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he took action for the first time – launching “Toni’s Home Challenge” on Instagram. The campaign reached millions and quickly turned into a global movement. Motivated by this success, Toni began sharing training videos and eventually developed a dedicated app for kids and teens.
The response was overwhelming. With over 300 videos and skyrocketing downloads, children from all over the world – regardless of their background – could now train with one of football’s greatest players.
But digital wasn’t enough. Toni found greater fulfillment on the pitch, working face-to-face with young talents. That passion led to the first physical training events in Germany, and in 2022, the first major football camp in Cologne – with Toni personally in attendance. Over the next three years, nearly 5,000 kids trained alongside Toni and his dedicated coaching team.
In September 2024, we reached a new milestone: the opening of the Toni Kroos Academy in Madrid – a football school offering competitive league participation and a wide range of training programs.
