TEAM & METHODOLOGY
Our experienced coaching team, led by Toni Kroos, implements the training methodology of the Toni Kroos Academy. This methodology is designed not only to perfect footballing skills but also to foster values such as teamwork, motivation, and determination. Solidarity, cohesion, personal development, communication, and equality form the fundamental pillars of this program.
Training
The program includes two daily training sessions of 1.5 hours each, based on the motto "No pain, no gain." The sessions alternate between group exercises and individualized training tailored to each player, ensuring that both strengths and weaknesses are targeted. Tactical training usually takes place in larger groups, while technical skills are developed in smaller, more focused sessions. To apply what has been learned and reinforce it in practice, the training is made engaging and fun.

This program is an intensive one-week training course in Madrid, designed for groups of young footballers who want to improve their technique, game understanding, and tactical abilities – all based on the methodology of Toni Kroos.

Our program at the Toni Kroos Academy Madrid is designed for groups of children and teenagers aged 8 to 16 years.
What is included in the program?
Our 5-day program offers more than 15 hours of training, an exclusive session with Toni Kroos, various activities between training sessions, a modern campus in a natural setting, Adidas gear, a friendly match against a team from the Toni Kroos Academy, sports insurance, and a participation certificate.
Where does the program take place?
The program takes place at the Toni Kroos Academy facilities in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.
Can children and teenagers from other cities or countries participate?
Yes! The program is open to groups from all over Spain and abroad. Accommodation and transportation are not included, but we can recommend nearby options if needed.
